When we were looking at getting a house & land package, we saw this house that we both fell in love with straight away. I loved the look of the front and it had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage which we both wanted! However, we still had a look around and there were a lot of houses which suited what we wanted, but the facade of it just didn't have the look that we wanted. The house that we saw originally was through AV Jennings (Sekisui House), so we looked into it a bit more and went to check out the houses at the St Clair Display Homes.
We decided on the Pinnacle 190 with the Estate facade (the original house we saw as a house & land package) and met with our consultant. Below are the standard floor plans and the facade that we liked...

After deciding on our house, we only had to make some small changes... We decided with tiles through the whole house, except the bedrooms and we decided to go with the higher ceilings as it would create the illusion of a bigger home. We also got a package which upgrades all our appliances (stove, oven, range hoo & dishwasher) and small things like towel rails, tap heads, taps, Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen & bathrooms and a glass splash back and so forth... But the big thing for us, was the 20m x 20m alfresco area which will be built under the main roof! The deal was $2,500 for $25,000 worth of upgrades, so there was NO way we'd say no to that!
After we finalised our floor plans and recieved the upgrades package, the next step was our colour selections!!!
